Boulder Creek Frequently Asked Questions

Boulder Creek is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
 

• Pet Rent is $30 per pet, per month.
• The refundable Pet Deposit is $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets.
• The one-time Pet Fee is $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets.

All of our parking spaces are assigned to each home and some homes have attached garages. Only two vehicles per licensed resident is allowed.

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification: 

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification. Manual validation may be required.

• Housing allowance documentation
• 2 recent bank account statements
• Offer letters
• Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
• Tax forms
• Proof of assets

Yes, employees of a participating member of our Preferred Employer Program may receive up to half off their Admin fee and Application fee, credited back upon move-in. Speak to the leasing office for more information.
